FREE Saturday Class
Interested? Ready to start? Still have questions?
We encourage everyone to participate in our FREE introductory class held every Saturday morning at 9:30 AM. This class provides the opportunity to meet the coaches, ask questions and experience a CrossFit workout at the best CrossFit box in WNY.
Sign-Up For On-Ramps
All new members must complete the On-Ramp program prior to progressing into CrossFit classes. On-Ramp is designed to accomplish the following:
• Instruct the new athlete on the fundamental movements of CrossFit to ensure the new athlete can execute the movements safely and effectively.
• Provides an opportunity for coaches to assess each athlete’s abilities, strengths and limitations in order to appropriately scale workouts for the athlete’s most effective progression and growth.
• Learn the structure of the CrossFit classes: Warm-up, skill, strength, WOD and post-WOD.
• WODs: Athletes complete a WOD after the instructional segment of each On-Ramp class.During the WODs, new athletes will gain an understanding of the format of a CrossFit Workout-Of-The-Day (WOD).The OnRamp WODs also serve as initial conditioning for the athlete prior to progressing into the general CrossFit classes.
